I've fallen in love...

What's going on? Is it just me?

Who is this guy? Where did he come from?

I just can't help it. Whenever he touches the ball or even gets near it I feel like I've fallen in love. I think I actually have. It's true.

It's like he has super mystical powers over me.

Watching him play is like watching a one man "poetry in motion" show. He just glides so elegantly, with and without the ball. I don't think I've ever felt this way about a new player before. He has this incredible charm and grace in the way he plays football.

What's he doing to me? I feel more in love than I did with Carly Evans at school.

Then you hear him speak in his post match interview and he just can't help but make you love him more! He immediately says "I could do better" after that performance! What an attitude!

He later says "I'm a scouser" after Jamie Carragher said if he wants to get stronger he needs to eat scouse 🤣🤣🤣 🫶🫶🫶

Then after being shown his goal he says "Yeah.. I just did my job, so, keep going".

This guy is incredibly humble and that is something we always value highly at this football club.

"I try to think before the defender and to read the game. I know when the defender likes to come and press me, so I know around my back or on the side I will have space". Wow! He's so tactically aware at such a young age.

Wait for it, it gets better.

When asked what is it like to play in the Premier League, he responds with "The fans at the end when we were 2-2, they pushed so much, even on the bench I enjoyed.. I wanted to be in the crowd"!!!

He wanted to be with the fans!!! I'm besotted! 🫶🫶🫶

Finally after being given the Player of the Match award he says "I want more...".

I do believe we have signed a mesmerising talent and an endearing human being...

There's only one more thing to say for now... IT MUST BE LOVE!!!
